Fluvanna County High School of Palmyra, Virginia is now outfitted with a weight room full of Williams Strength, provided by Total Strength and Speed. Their package included (4) deluxe double half racks, (4) 0-90 benches, and (4) 6’ x 8’ all-rubber platforms with bumper plate and bar storage. To round things out, they got (3) glute-ham benches, (3) leg extension/leg curl machines, and (2) racks full of dumbbells and kettlebells.
