Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times

All estimated shipping times listed on website are approximate. Every effort is made to ship products based on these times, but no guarantees are implied.


Customer must contact Total Strength and Speed to receive a Return Authorization Code in advance of return, and is responsible for payment of all return shipping costs to Total Strength and Speed.  A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items with the exception of damaged or incorrect shipments.  With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for original shipping charges.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or custom-order products
  • Merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt of shipment.


Damages and Shortages

Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with driver.

Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected.

Keep all original cartons and merchandise as received

Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Total Strength and Speed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.


If an out-of-stock item is ordered, we will notify the customer within 2 business days of their order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will ship the in-stock items as usual and separately ship the backordered item as soon as it is available.
